MY PASSION
I am deeply committed to helping well-educated individuals navigate the “What’s next?” challenge with greater support and clarity.
These individuals fall into two key groups: Millennials who are recent graduates and career changers—including seasoned professionals, veterans, and retiring athletes.
Each has invested significantly in building a multifaceted skill set and is eager to define their unique competitive edge in today’s job market.
WE CAN AND SHOULD DO MORE AS EDUCATORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS:
- We teach graduates how to define vision and differentiators for businesses, yet we fail to equip them with the tools to carve out their own distinct place in the market.
- We train students to use design thinking to tackle complex product challenges, but we don’t show them how to apply the same approach to designing their own careers.
- We encourage students to take a strategic approach to projects, but we don’t guide them in treating their own career path as a strategic endeavor.
- We connect students with internships and companies, yet we rarely measure how these experiences enhance their personal, social, and professional capital—the very assets they need to succeed.
