HOW IT WORKS

Prep and finale. Three stages. Two capitals in each. One after the other.

Start by asking yourself whether you are interested in investing in yourself, go through the stages in order, each building on the last, and finish with employability capital accumulation. You don’t start from a blank page: every stage asks a small set of focused questions, and every answer you submit comes back with feedback from your AI agent, scored against the BE-EDGE rubrics for smart investment. Your score in each capital is the average of all your attempts, so revisions count.
Stage 1: YOU & desired POSITIONING in a professional world
Start by taking stock of your accumulated means: your background, profile, skills, and connections. Then envision your desired positioning in the job market and convert it into your CORE — your value proposition for your next professional move. Get help and feedback. Revise if needed. Receive and save the first deliverable, your “MY CORE” statement. Later, you can consider different scenarios; stay focused on this one for now.

Stage 2: STEPPING STONE towards your desired positioning
Choose a project that opens the right door, connects you with the right people, and lets you prove your value. Start investing in social and professional capital. Get help and feedback. Save them for your portfolio.

Look at the map below. The solid line is your regular route: it goes from one stage to another. At each stage, you make investments in different forms of your employability capital, and your AI agent helps with questions, investment score, and feedback.

You also have checkpoints, where you decide whether you are ready to move forward or not yet. Click on any "star" in your journey, and you will see the explanation below. If your answer is "yes," then proceed to the next stage. If your answer is "not yet," drop below the arrow on a dashed detour, get help from a BE-EDGE, and return to the same checkpoint. To make employability investment, you should complete the route.

You can explore several scenarious for your positioning (e.g., becoming a manager, a consultant, or changing your career) by runing several routes for several positionings. Each new cycle starts with new desired positioning, so you start a new route for a new scenario for yourself, and become smarter with your investments each cycle.

GETTING STARTED

You’ll need your participant code

Click “Start Investing” to receive your unique participant code by email. Follow Stage #1 to receive your first deliverable, “MY CORE.” If you need a break, take one, but keep it to a day or two to maintain momentum and stay focused on investing. To continue investing, click “Open Your Portfolio” and use the same code. After finishing the entire cycle, you can start investing again — for a different scenario of your envisioned move. You will get a new code, work on a different stepping stone, and send a new signal to the market. If you wish, you can use any name to protect your identity.
