What happens during the BE-EDGE Consult-a-thon™?

With the event that can last for at least 2 weekends, you are going to work with an edge crafter using these four levels of synchronization:

Personal Synchronization (Elucidating Core)

Before the event, you identify what exactly is the challenge of your company and why is it important to be solved.

Social Synchronization (Developing Trust)

Meet and connect with your case consultant (edge crafter) to get your case started. Get ready to share your operations within your company, the people who are involved, the tangible and intangible resources your consultant can use, and the approaches you’ve considered to solve this challenge.

Professional Synchronization (Generating Value)

After your consultant has analyzed the internal and external data of your challenge, they are now going to pitch their solutions to you. A “what’s next” discussion about prototype testing and development will take place afterward.

Endorsement Synchronization (Exciting the stakeholders)

At this phase, your case has now been solved. Finish off the event by endorsing your case consultant through recommendations, references, internships, or possible job offers in your company.
